STRESO RIZIKA IR PARAMOS LŪKESČIAI: SOCIALINIŲ DARBUOTOJŲ PROFESINĖS PATIRTIES ANALIZĖ.

The article analyses the issue of a complex character of social work as a new and intensively developing profession of help to people. The risk of professional stress and expectations of support are highlighted; and the experience of the ability to use the help offered after experiencing stress on the personal and professional levels is analysed. The tendencies and prospects of the application of supervision as a method that stimulates reflection and provides a possibility to reconsider and identify complex professional situations and personal experience are modelled. The problem of the current research and its analysis are presented on the basis of professional experience of Lithuanian social workers in the context of Lithuanian socio-cultural situation.
