CASH FLOWS FROM CHINA'S WATER.

The article discusses the need for water purification products and services in China. The author states that Chinese banks and local governments are providing more or less $45 billion in funding for a new water treatment facilities through 2011. He mentions that an additional $13 billion will be allocated by the central government of China for plants that process wastewater or provide water for drinking. It states that about 200 million people in the countryside do not have access to safe water.
