Patients happy with Lasik.

The article reports that according to a peer reviewed report published in the April issue of the periodical "Ophthalmology," a vast majority of patients are satisfied with the results of their Lasik eye surgery. The report reviewing 19 studies from 13 countries covering about 2,198 subjects who had Lasik from 1988 to 2008, found that about 95.4% of the patients were satisfied with the results. It also stated that 16.3 million Lasik surgeries have been performed worldwide.
