Abstract
- The article indicates that when the past is ignored in the procedure of the evaluation of reputations in the judiciary, the consequences of the past have great influence to question the unity of the standard evaluation of the justices, particularly when making a comparison on the performance of previous justices. It states a few associated conclusions for the article which includes the neglected justices in the U.S. It mentions several contributions by remarkable justices from the 1920's to the present which includes the review of the judiciary, governmental ability separation and the connection of the federal and the power of the state in the constitution.
