- Studies CD5-immunoglobulin (Ig) interactions in B-chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and transformed B-cell lines from normal and B-CLL patients. Binding of human Ig to purified recombinant CD5; Inhibition of CD5 staining of CLL cells by human Ig of different V[sub H] families; Anti-CD5 staining of CLL cells and B-CLL cell lines.
