Abstract

The article discusses the potential liability of a university towards the student-athlete during accident inside the premises. It cites the estimated amounts of money generated in intercollegiate sports, and illustrates of how the relationship between student-athlete and university developed. It further highlights the sacrifices of student-athlete while participating in school's intercollegiate program.
