Contemporary experience of stress in UK Foundation level doctors.

The article presents a study which investigates the workplace stressor and how the stress affected the doctors in Great Britain. It states that knowing how the doctors handle a stressful situation is crucial in their own well-being and for their patient's safety. The study found out that the work-related stressors among physicians include long working hours, lack of senior support, and organizational pressures.
