Abstract
- The article discusses improving conditions for firms seeking to raise money through the sale of stocks and bonds. During 2009 secondary offerings of stock have totaled almost $55 billion, the most for a comparable period since 2000. According to Dealogic sales of investment-grade bonds are the strongest they have been since at least 1995.
