Abstract

In this article the author discusses the lessons that can be derived from high-demand computer science courses that are created for students pursuing non-computing degrees. The history of teaching computing to every student at Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) is given. The creation of Georgia Tech's College of Computing is also discussed.
