Abstract
- The article presents a study on the impact of fluctuations in the body temperature which causes a negative effect on the performance of an athlete. It states that there are different sweat rates for women compared to men that could have a striking training implications to athletes. It presents significant physiological factors why women should train differently from men based from the latest research done by the Laboratory of Human Bioenergetics and Environmental Physiology in Canada.
