Abstract
- The article presents a paper about gem-dimethylcyclopropanation of dibenzylideneacetone (dba) using triisopropyl sulfoxonium tetrafluoroborate. It mentions the interesting behaviour shown by the packing of the molecules within the crystal structure. A view of an asymmetric unit of compound (IV), showing the atom-numbering scheme is provided.
