Because of the continuous changes and developments of the economical, demographic, socio-cultural, political and constitutional conditions and technological competition, Flexible Manufacturing Systems (FMS) have a great importance for the organizations to accord with the alternating environment conditions. To continue their existence and profitability, it's important for the organizations to accord with this alternating environment. Also the organizations which have a flexible structure could be able to cater today's customers' rapidly changing needs. With traditional methods, it's possible neither to cater the customers' needs nor to stand against the organizations which recondition their structure. So being concerned with the costs, stocks, profitability and the ability to respond to the changes at the production process, Flexible Manufacturing Systems is an important approach which must be taken into consideration.
