Abstract
- To the Editor: I was disappointed to find a recipe by Mark Bittman for red snapper (''From the Yucatan, a Burst of Citrus Salsa,'' The Minimalist, April 8). According to the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch, red snapper is overfished, as is skate, a fish that Mr. Bittman also mentioned. [ABSTRACT FROM PUBLISHER]
