Abstract

The article discusses the process of deep sequencing of DNase I method in the U.S. It details how the researchers have used this method to the genome-wide localization of disrupted nucleosomes and the mapping of transcription factor binding cites. It also demonstrates how this method can lead to the revelation of both regions of chromatin transition and specific binding events that occur within those regions.
