Abstract
- The article presents a note of literary history and criticism, discussing questions of the accuracy of the term "Quebec County" used in T. S. Eliot's poem "The Waste Land." Discussion is given noting the inaccuracy of the term in the 21st-century, but asserts that through investigation of period geography and Eliot's specific style regarding description of place the term can be legitimized.
