Abstract
- The article presents a statement to the editor from Berndt Dugall, chairman of subito e.V., which takes exception to the article "Kopienversand nach UrhG und der Subito-Rahmenvertrag," by Harald Müller, which appeared in 10th issue 2008 of "Bibliotheksdienst." Dugall says the information presented on the number of copies of library materials that legally may be sent is incorrect.
