KESİCİ TAKIM TEDARİKÇİSİ SEÇİMİNDE ANALİTİK AĞ SÜRECİNİN KULLANIMI.

Supplier selection problem is a multi-criteria decision making(MCDM) problem which includes both tangible and intangible factors. In this study, supplier selection problem was investigated at a firm that performed in manufacturing industry. Supplier selection problem of a company is examined using Analytic Network Process (ANP) and priorities of alternative suppliers are calculated. ANP is used as a method for getting an effective and realistic solution because the problem has many criteria, complexity, outerdependencies, interdependencies, and feedbacks. By using ANP methodology three alternative suppliers were evaluated and the best alternative was selected. In addition, some suggestions for the future research are offered. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
