Abstract
- The article focuses on the order signed by President Viktor Yushchenko on creating a working group that will prepare draft laws on preventing cases of dual citizenship in Ukraine. It notes that it was a response to the introduction of a Russian identification (ID) card for citizens of Ukraine initiated by Russian State Duma deputies. It specifies that this measure is directed against holders of Russian passports.
