Abstract: As Estelle Parsons prepares to depart the Broadway production of ''August: Osage County'' for its national tour, its producers announced that they had found a new actress to play Violet Weston: Phylicia Rashad. A Tony winner for ''A Raisin in the Sun,'' Ms. Rashad will take over the role of the unabashed Oklahoma matriarch on May 26.
