Belt Up!

The author comments on the failure of firefighters to wear seat belts. He states that he is speaking out on the issue because of the death notifications from the U.S. Fire Administration (USFA). He explains that their narrative were basically the same and the outcome is identical. He cites that firefighters were ejected from their vehicle during the accident and died not because the seat belts were worn out but because the firefighters did not wear them. He argues that this can be immediately stopped and encourages his fellow firefighters to buckle up.
