Abstract
- The article reports on the statement, saying that Lhasa, China, the heart of Tibetan culture, is no longer a majority Tibetan city. According to Joshua Kurlantzick, in an article published on the U.S. paper "New Republic," China is spending more state money on the Tibet Autonomous Region (TAR) compared to other provinces. However, the money is being spent strategically, ensuring that much of it goes to ethnic Chinese, who have migrated to Tibet.
