Abstract
- Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) rubber can be thermally decomposed in air to produce silica vapor species which can deposit on porous anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) templates to produce silica nanotubes with a smooth surface and highly controllable thickness. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
