Abstract
- The article focuses on the challenges confronting most contact lens fitters in the U.S. Contact lens fitters should replace a lost lens for a satisfied general practitioner patient, however the new lens does not provide the same level of comfort as the lost lens. In addition, contact lens fitters are having problems with lenses that have similar base curves but have dissimilar fits.
