Abstract

The article focuses on a study regarding the heart health benefits of having Omega-3 fatty acids on fish. Accordingly, Omega-3 exert heart-healthy effects including reduction of heart attacks, slashing sudden death from heart attack, and improving angina, as well as counteracting inflammation. However, the health benefits of Omega-3 were not confined to the heart and blood vessels.
