Abstract

The article presents an obstetrical research which examines the natural history of cervical length shortening in women, who had experienced high-risk pregnancy. The study showed that women with prior spontaneous preterm birth at less than 24 weeks are at a higher risk of cervical length shortening. The methodology and detailed findings of the study are also presented.
