Abstract: The article offers information on the comparison of results on disc replacement with fusion in the treatment of single-level herniations, overall success, and other outcomes indicating that Bryan cervical disc achieved superior results. It is revealed that cervical disc arthroplasty is a viable alternative to anterior cervical discectomy.
