Abstract
- The article focuses on road safety in China. According to the Chinese State Administration of Work Safety, 110,000 people lose their lives to traffic accidents in the country each year, making the country world leader in terms of traffic accident-related deaths. Apart from the drivers, the irrational allocation of road resources and the ineffective traffic management system result in frequent traffic accidents.
