LA EJECUCIÓN CIVIL POR PERSONA O ENTIDAD ESPECIALIZADA DESDE LA EXPERIENCIA DEL MODELO INGLÉS.

This paper makes a comparison between one of the alternative mechanisms for selling seized goods in Spain, known as «realización por persona o entidad especializada» and regulated at art. 641 LEC, and the English receiver. The aim of this study is to determine if these figures can be considered equivalent, because of the connections between them. To this purpose, both legal regimens are analyzed in a parallel direction, pointing out these following main aspects: firstly, the concept, the sphere of activity and the functions. And, secondly, the figures' judicial or extrajudicial character. After that, we realize that despite their similar functions, differences difficult the consideration of equivalent noticed above.
