Abstract

The article provides information on band-selective cross-polarization in solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. It states that solid state NMR becomes a more preferred tool for structural and dynamical characterization of an area of extremely pertinent biomolecular systems. It also mentions that the band selective spectrally induced filtering in combination with cross-polarization (SPECIFIC-CP) is a key method in controlling the spin angle coherence transfer.
