Abstract
- The article reports that XCOR Aerospace is scheduled to start rocket tests for its prototype Lynx suborbital vehicle after announcing a partnership with RocketShip Tours, which will sell rides to the edge of space for $95,000. The company is also starting assembly of the Lynx Mk.1 prototype at its facility in Mojave, California, which is close to the test stand where the XR-5K18 rocket will be fired up for the first time. The rocket engine prototype will also be fired up using kerosene fuel and a liquid oxygen oxidizer.
