ETFs, Past and Future.

An interview with financial expert Jim Ross is presented. When asked if exchange-traded funds (ETF) could eliminate the market for mutual funds, he says the will compete, but neither one will eliminate the other. When asked how ETFs are often misunderstood, he says people trade them too much instead of holding them for the long term. He adds that ETFs will probably begin expanding into fixed-income financial portfolios.
