RISK FACTORS.

An editorial is presented on Islamic extremism and the terrorist attacks in Mumbai, India. The terrorists were trained by Pakistani forces who urge India to give up control of disputed territories such as Kashmir. The author reflects on the movement of Pakistani soldiers away from the border of Afghanistan and the persistence of Islamist radicalism in Pakistan. The author concludes that Pakistan is unable to provide adequate security for itself.
