Abstract
- The article reports on issues related to the permanent residence of people who hold Russian passports in Ukraine. It is believed that these people will become a pretext for Russian military intervention. An investigation into the situation surrounding Ukrainian citizens who have dual citizenship has been conducted by the Ukrainian security service. Issues related to the procedure for obtaining Russian Federation citizenship are discussed.
