Abstract
- The article reports on the move of SanDisk Corp. to enter into plans to sell the 30% manufacturing capacity of Toshiba Corp. joint ventures, Flash Partners and Flash Alliances. According to the agreement, SanDisk and Toshiba will continue to be equal partners for the joint ventures' remaining 70% capacity of the fabrication (Fab) facility , specifically Fab 3 and Fab 4 at Toshiba's Yokkaichi Operations in Japan.
