Abstract
- The author offers his opinion regarding the dilemma of experienced engineers who have not passed the Professional Engineering exam. The author cited the investigation made by the State of Illinois to engineer Burton Siegal for the unlicensed practice of engineering. According to the author, the case against Siegal is absurd as he cited the contributions of Siegal.
