Abstract

The article discusses the risk factors and mechanisms of knee injury commonly present in runners. This paper recorded the potential risks factors and mechanisms of the injury experienced by runners. It focuses on identifying the behavioral and physiological risks influencing the occurrence of knee injury mechanisms at knee joint forces and knee moments. Participants in this study were adults with age range of 20 to 55 years old. Screening and tests were recorded. Results showed significant correlations in tibiofemoral compressive force and poor hamstring flexibility.
