Abstract
- The article introduces a special issue of the journal based on a Work-Life Workshop hosted by the Australian Centre for Research in Employment and Work (ACREW) held in December of 2007 in Melbourne, Australia. Some of the papers presented at the workshop include "The Ability of Work-Life Balance Policies to Influence Key Social/Organisational Issues," "Positive Spillover From Work-Family Interface: A Study of Australian Employees," and "Returning Too Soon? Australian Mothers' Satisfaction with Maternity Leave Duration."
