Paying for Past Sins.

The article discusses the role played by the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) Agency in the domestic politics and relations with neighboring countries, India in particular, of Pakistan. India has convicted that a suicide bomb attack on the Indian Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan on July 7, 2008 was a work of the ISI. India's National Security Advisor, M. K. Narayanan denounced that India will not let the attack go unpunished and ISI needs to be destroyed.
