Abstract
- The article focuses on the study conducted regarding the use of the health services method in determining the demographic participation of the American adults in strength training activities in the U.S. The study aims to create the profiles of the participants and examine the demographic factors. The result suggests the employment of public health methodologies in promoting the continuation of this kind of training and improve participation.
