Abstract
- The article presents a study on the evocation of induced systemic resistance (ISR) against the bacterial speck pathogen in Arabidopsis thaliana through culture filtrates of plant growth-promoting fungi (PGPF). The ability of culture filtrates of PGPF isolates in inducing systemic resistance against bacterial pathogen Pseudomonas syringae pv. tomato was investigated. Results indicated that ISR mediated by PGPF isolates were divergent in the affected biochemical pathways.
