Abstract
- The article reports on the restoration of an empty lot in Brooklyn, New York which was completed with the assistance of entertainer Bette Midler and Midler's New York Restoration Project. The lot was turned into a public park and a memorial to Heidi Kravis which was designed by Midler and Elissa Cullman.
