A case of successful pregnancy outcome in a patient born with cloacal malformation.

Abstract
- The article presents a case report of a successful pregnancy in a 33-year-old patient with a cloacal malformation consisting multiple anomalies, including a cloaca with an extremely short vagina, which are associated with difficulty in maintaining a pregnancy. The patient was in her sixth pregnancy, and was being managed with low dose aspirin and Fragmin daily from the first trimester. At 28+4 weeks gestation, she was delivered by caesarean section.
