SENSOR INTERFEROMETRICO BASADO EN FIBRA ÓPTICA.

In this paper we present the design and construction of an interferometer that it uses optic mono-mode fiber; this sensor type differ on those based on multimode fibers because besides observing modifications in the intensity of transmitted light it allow to detect changes in phase that which guarantee high sensibility and good resolution in the measurement of the parameter to observe. Results are shown when the designed device is used to measure changes of temperature and pres-sure. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
