Abstract

The article reports on the move of Prince Charles to pay the debt owed by the late King Charles II on Clothiers Co. in Great Britain. Accordingly, the Prince made the payment of £453, three shillings, to Andrew Grant, maser of the company, during a brief ceremony at the Commandery. The payment was handed over in a 1650s-style purse made by the Royal Shakespeare Co.
