Abstract
- The article presents a case study of a 3-year-old adopted girl with unrepaired imperforate anus and VACTERL association. The result of the spinal magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) accidentally identified a tubular colonic duplication, which is a rare type of disease, and may result to morbidity in case of delayed diagnosis. Images of the Coronal T2-W MRI and vaginogram are presented. Moreover, an overview about the colonic duplication is offered.
