Abstract
- Reports on the application of capillary electrochromatography (CEC) of proteins using fused-silica capillaries packed with silica beads having strong anion-exchanger functions attached to hydrophilic spacers at the chromatographic surface. Demonstration of the retention mechanism of isocratic CEC for proteins in the anion-exchanger column.
