The Information Architecture Behind Good Web Forms.

The article presents tips on how to develop a best web form designs in the U.S. Accordingly, the paper suggests that Information Architects (IA) must design the questions asked on the form. It is also recommended to design a clear path on how to complete in filling the form as well as to develop a gradual engagement processes in order to gather information.
