This article describes the management of periodical collections at the Centre de ressources Alain-Grandbois. The periodical collections and physical space devoted to their shelving are recorded with the help of a management tool. A rigorous inventory is ensured by an efficient method that allows for the close monitoring of shelf space and retention periods.
