Abstract
- The article focuses on the occurrence/recurrence of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD)/non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) after liver transplantation in children. It describes the difference in the causes of fatty liver disease in children and adults. Steroids are used by majority of liver transplant centers as a long-term maintenance therapy.
