Abstract
- An interview with chef Sam Talbot is presented. When asked about living and operating a restaurant at the beach, Talbot notes that he likes it. Talbot also reflects on his time on the reality television program "Top Chef" and whether it affected his love life. Talbot offers recommendations for barbecuing and killing lobsters, as well.
